CleanCloud Hardware Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your CleanCloud hardware purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your hardware arrives defective or is damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@cleancloud.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Warranty Claims

All CleanCloud hardware comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. If a fault develops during this period, contact support and we will arrange a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

Change of Mind

You may return unused hardware in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

Email support@cleancloud.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1 business day with an RMA number and instructions. Please do not ship any items back without an RMA number.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
